i need to call around 2000 customer, and the content is the same.
repeat and repeat, will i crazy?
some customers, very stupid, even don’t noe what is "fax".
i don noe how to explain with them: "what is fax" (can anyone teach me how to explain this?)
some customer, very rude.
when i call them, i say i called from MobilityOne,
they only will said,"apa!! apa!! tak tau, boss keluar!!! sibuk!!!"
some customer, don’t know where them from
i speak english with them, they don’t understand
speak malay, mandarin and cantonese.
they still not understand. wat language i should talk with them?
some customer, is very clever
but, is very few…
hopefully i can complete this task faster, i don’t want talk with customer liao…
